I think if I was a shop owner I would think off some kind of booby trap for when they smash in the windows and come in the store. Nothing lethal but maybe tear gas or something, pepper spray I don’t know.

I was thinking of those bags of dyes that explode when banks are robbed or safes/stores or broken into...

Between a video camera and being covered in that type of dye even on the skin, it’d be fairly easy to spot someone who stands out from the crowd. I mean, I would really want to mark those scumbags with as much coloring as possible.

My beloved just advised me that his mom told him Rochester is under a curfew at this time.

A pit bull comes to mind. (Of course, the warning signals would definitely scare them off.)
