Colinford Mattis is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Group. He advises startups, public and private entities, their executives and boards of directors on a diverse range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, financings, corporate governance and due diligence, among others.
Academic Achievements
Colinford is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholar and Political Action Chair of the Black Allied Law Student Association. While in law school, he served as a legal intern with the Innovation and Intellectual Property Group at Microsoft.
Prior to law school, Colinford worked as a legislative fellow for former Colorado State Sen. Mike Johnston.
