“Guilty as sin, free as a bird.” That is a term all-too apropos for unrepentant domestic terrorist Bill Ayers,

a man who set off explosives at the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, a police station, two Army recruiting stations and a New York judge’s home while his entire family slept inside.

He is the founder and leader of the now-defunct radical group, The Weather Underground, of which three members perished while building additional bombs that were, ironically, intended to cause harm to others.

He is also the man who happened to help launch an ambitious community organizer’s political career into the stratosphere right from his apartment on Chicago’s South Side.

It perhaps comes as no surprise that the domestic terrorist-turned respected University of Illinois-Chicago professor took a shine to Obama back in 1995 when the aspiring politico was being considered to fill Democrat Alice J. Palmer’s state senate seat.

While still a relative unknown at the time, as community organizer, Obama was well positioned to stake his place in the world of leftwing Chicago politics – a place Ayers himself deftly traversed and whose various radical initiatives would stand to benefit from being a part of.

Of course, Ayers has denied “knowing” Obama personally prior to hosting a campaign gathering for the state senate hopeful in his own living room back in 1995. Still, most agree it seems unlikely that any person, let alone a highly regarded professor and activist, would “vouch” for a political candidate with whom he had no prior knowledge, personal tie, or vested interest in.

I think it may actually have been the black bloc or another identifiable anarchist group. These were the forerunners of Antifa. I can’t find anything specific about it related to Obama, so maybe I was wrong...I’ll have to do some more digging, because I actually recall that he decided certain radical organizations (mostly based in Europe) were political rather than terrorist.

The article I found was that Obama didn’t declare them a terrorist group after some in his DOJ and FBI recommended he do. Is there anything that precludes a domestic group from being declared terrorist. I would think it is implicit that if we had a domestic group we would arrest the leaders and break up the group. They put a lot of pressure on some Black Panther chapters and had agents undercover.

Clarence Page, 87, father of the Pulitzer Prize-winning Tribune columnist with the same name, died Wednesday in Kensington, Md., of complications from Alzheimer's disease.

In addition to his son, he is survived by a grandson, Grady Jonathan Page.

Domestic terrorist Bill Ayers is back to undermining America again. The former college professor and left-wing activist is a leader of Refuse Fascism, one of the groups organizing and supporting the riots at Berkeley and other colleges across the country.

Ayers, a friend of former President Barack Obama, was a member of the Weather Underground, a domestic terror group active in the 1970s. They were responsible for the bombings of New York City Police Department headquarters in 1970, the United States Capitol building in 1971, and the Pentagon in 1972. Ayers admitted to participating in all of those bombings. As authorities pursued him, Ayers went on the run, changing his identity. Eventually, charges against him were dropped after it was revealed the FBI broke the law in their investigation against him.
