Yeah, I can displace a few cubic feet of water myself. LOL Here's one itty-bitty little fishing hole, I'm about 10-15 minutes away from the southern end, and it's 35 miles long, 525 miles of shoreline:

Even closer is the county lake, but it's only a 127 acre impoundment. It has a decent tackle/bait/snack shop right at the boat launch and pier, bathrooms, and seems to be a bass magnet in the cove there. But I can back my SUV up to the waterline by the spillway at the other end, and fish out of the back with a cooler and a six pack. BYOB, ya know. I'm medically retired, maybe tomorrow or Tuesday if the weather holds.
