Stop spouting off half-baked rumors, ok, kabar?

The paramedics gave a statement several days ago, that they were called earlier to help a man who "had a mouth injury".

They were surprised to show up and find the victim unresponsive and without a pulse.

That's important because the now-ex-cop, the oriental one trying to keep bystanders from helping the guy, and trying to block the view of the video phones, has six excessive force complaints against him.

One of those which was settled out of court for $25k, was for kicking and punching a handcuffed teenager in the mouth, knocking out some teeth.

And the paramedics had been called for someone with a mouth injury.

Maybe it's just a coincidence.

But at any rate, nobody told the paramedics the guy was dead up front.

Even though the Probably Cause documents against Mr. Kneecap, show that ONE OF THE OTHER POLICE told him the victim didn't have a pulse and they continued holding him down--Mr. Kneecap kept his knee on the guy's neck for over 2 1/2 minutes AFTER he found out the guy had no pulse.

That''s not internet rumor, it's on the uncut video taken from six feet away in real time, and listed in the Probable Cause documents.

Murder 3 *and* Manslaughter in Minnesota Law do not require intent. (One lower-down-the-page definition deals with shooting at what you think is a deer but it's a person. Hey, it's Minnesota.)

Oh yeah, there are all KINDS of bozos waving around the coroner's report.

It doesn't say "aspyxiation". It says "traumatic asphyxiation."

That doesn’t mean choking.

It’s a specific medical term. You can find it on Wikipedia in 30 seconds.

It means compressing the chest so much the blood flows backwards from the heart.

The ex-policeman in jail on $500,000 bond on (open and shut) 3rd degree murder and manslaughter (+), had his knee on the guy’s neck, and was nowhere near compressing his chest.

This was weasel words by the coroner.

To keep the city from getting sued?

To stop riots?

Or because the ex-cop had ten excessive force complaints over the years(*) , and the county attorney who didn’t prosecute him was Amy Klobuchar?

She’s the current US Senator from Minnesota, and had been a hopeful to be a VP on the Biden ticket.

Think just maybe there was pressure on the coroner to make this all go away?

(+) Minnesota State Law doesn’t require intent but “depraved indifference.” Being trained in CPR, and keeping your knee on a guy’s neck for 2 1/2 minutes after another COP tells you he doesn’t have a pulse, is open-and-shut guilty.

On live uncut video from 6 feet away.

(*)(one was shooting a nutcase with a knife, so it doesn’t count)

The link came from a local NBC news feed. Your problem is with them, not me. Watch the video.

But at any rate, nobody told the paramedics the guy was dead up front.

You list a number of alleged facts. What are your sources? I don't take any of the initial press reports as gospel. The only real evidence that I have seen are the videos. The one I linked to was the first time I had ever seen that perspective. I am not defending the actions of Chauvin.

Think just maybe there was pressure on the coroner to make this all go away?

You kidding? Everyone wants Chauvin to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you took a vote, most would want him drawn and quartered or hanged in the public square. They want the same treatment for the other officers involved. The entire justice system has been put into overdrive to get this case into the rear view mirror. The last thing anyone in power wants is exculpatory information on Chauvin. As Judge Roy Bean used to say, "Han'em first, try'em later."

In the coming weeks, we will learn things that will contradict the initial narrative. Hell, the Mayor of St. Paul told us that all those arrested were from outside MN, which he had to retract when it came out that most were from MN. No way Chauvin and the others can receive a fair trial and proper due process. The political pressure is just too great and we have a video. There is not a person on this planet who doesn't think that Chauvin is innocent or that he doesn't deserve the ultimate punishment. My concern is mob justice. And the perpetuation of the myth that there is systemic racism in the justice system. White guilt has enabled the lawlessness that followed.

The Dems and the MSM will keep this pot boiling until election day. They will connect the incident to a racist Trump who sides with the police.
