It is day five of protests following the killing of unarmed black man, George Floyd, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at the hands of a white police officer as three of his colleagues looked on.
And now, as the number of demonstrators arrested continues to mount up around the country, Chrissy Teigen has pledged to help those in need of bail money.
The model and television personality offered to donate $100,000 to the cause, but she has since doubled the amount to $200,000, in a clap back at people who criticized her gesture and essentially labeled protesters as criminals.
