See new Tweets Conversation Ian Miles Cheong @stillgray A mob of rioters just murdered a man in cold blood in Dallas. He was defending his store.
Well, what do you expect from a group of propagandists who insist on calling themselves journalists?
Good question!
Floyd did an armed home invasion.
thats hardly merely ‘having a record’.
Thats hardcore violent felon there. Normal good people don’t do armed home invasions.
“Floyd was charged in 2007 with armed robbery in a home invasion in Houston and in 2009 was sentenced to five years in prison as part of a plea deal, according to court documents.” https://www.wavy.com/news/national/george-floyd-victim-in-police-encounter-had-started-new-life-in-minnesota/
It’s a Dallas problem, not Abbotts’.
If the One Riot One Ranger thing (Lone Wolf Gonzaullas) doesn’t work in today’s world, then send in a dozen Texas Rangers each to Dallas, Austin and Houston.
I recall that in ‘60s or ‘70s some thug hijacked a car driven by a woman in the middle of downtown Dallas and held a gun on her. It was on one of the main streets and traffic was basically bumper to bumper during the rush hour.
A Texas Ranger managed to get his car onto the street about a half block or more behind that car. Traffic was jammed. The Ranger got out, grabbed a scoped rifle from the trunk, took aim and put one shot through the head of the thug, through the rear window of the hijacked car.
People have donated 4.4 MILLION to his family now on Go Fund Me.
Luckiest thing that ever happened to his family was his dying.
This horrific video illustrates that you cannot confront a crowd of thugs with no visible means of defense. They cannot be reasoned with. The only thing they will listen to is Mr. Mossberg, Mr. Bushmaster and Mr. Glock.
I am of the opinion that this is WHY citizens need automatic weapons and high capacity magazine.
No, Floyd was no angel. However, that doesn’t justify killing him.
Arresting him was perfectly valid. They apparently had a valid warrant on a legitimate criminal charge. But as Dan Bongino said, once you have the suspect in cuffs, you put him in the car and get him out of there as quickly as possible.
Even if he was resisting, the knee on his throat for almost nine minutes seems excessive, especially with people saying, “You’re killing him.” You use enough force to subdue him, then get him in the car and take him to the nearest lockup. This looks like excessive force, and that is abuse of the power the police have. It makes police look bad, especially to a community taught to distrust them anyway.
*** “Why do they keep calling these violent, destructive, terrorist mobs protesters?” ***
Because they haven’t tried it where I’m at yet?
