St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter (D) said Saturday that all of the protesters who were arrested in his city the previous night were from out of state as demonstrations in and around Minneapolis over George Floyd’s death descended into violence.
Carter said there was not a high number of arrests in St. Paul on Friday night due in part to a curfew, but suggested that out-of-staters were behind much of the agitation fueling the violence.
“Because we had a relative stillness in St. Paul, we didn’t make an enormous number of arrests, but every single person we arrested last night, I’m told, was from out of state. What we are seeing right now is a group of people who are not from here,” Carter said at a press conference.
“As I talk to my friends who have been in this movement for a very long time, who wake up in this movement every day and I ask them what they’re seeing, what they’re feeling, what they’re hearing, to a person, I hear them say ‘we don’t know these folks. We don’t know these folks who are agitating, we don’t know these folks who are inciting violence, we don’t know these folks who are first in to break a window.’”

Well, I hope they have the basic good sense to keep these rioters in custody and charge them. But they are Democrats, so I won’t assume.
It may be true, they always say this. Does not mean that they are not at fault. The left condones them and encourages them.

As a general rule protestors who are present after curfew and after dark are not protestors but rioters and looters.
Yeah sure. I am sure the people who looted the targets and liquor stores which there is footage of are on planes today back to where they came from.
No doubt there were professional rioters there but many of the city residents took part in that crap and not just white people either.
This won’t stop until they find out who is organizing this. The MSM won’t make an effort, chances are they know who’s behind it. They will escalate the chaos up to the election.

Well, if there’s any doubt, donate a few lead pellets to few and check their origins, then ship the body bags to that location. If it is out of state, we have an answer either way. This Antifa vermin must be put on a list of domestic terrorists, as they have proven themselves to be. And the Soros money then needs to be confiscated, all of it everywhere due to his aiding and abetting terrorism. THAT would slow this crap down so it can be flushed.
