Regardless of any underlying health issues or drugs/alcohol in his system. They had him cuffed and should have just put him in the cruiser, even if they had to zip tie his ankles to do it. There were four cops. They could have done that instead of kneeling on his neck for 5-6 minutes.

He didn’t just die, he was killed.

“””””He didn’t just die, he was killed.””””

What was the cause of death?

You watched the video?

Remember where one bystander says: put him in the car!, and the officer replies: We just spent ten minutes trying to do that.

Several networks cut off the video just before that interchange is heard.

If, as it appears may have happened, you were just fighting with a very muscular male, who was kicking, stomping, and (perhaps trying to bite you), would you let him up again, to start all over, while you are waiting for the ambulance to arrive? (because he is acting as if he is high on drugs?)

I wish I had your ability to adjudge guilt and perform a psychic autopsy, from 1,000 miles away. It would make life so much more predictable...

Did you read the police report? Floyd already was put in the police car in the front. When they tried to move him to the back, it was then, he either resisted or he wasn't able to physically cooperate and to get in the back seat. That's when they brought him to the ground.

Also in the report was the part where Floyd FIRST said that he was having a hard time breathing, and he said that as they were trying to move him from the front of the car to the back. That's before the cop put a knee to his neck.

So was Floyd having a heart attack? What preexisting conditions did he have? Was the knee to the neck not asphyxiating him? Did they call for medical help? Did they not put him in the car a second time because they were waiting for medical help? If they thought he was having medical issues, why was the cop still kneeing Floyd?
