Watch history unfold on Saturday, May 30, as NASA and SpaceX launch astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley to the International Space Station. This mission marks the first time since the retirement of the space shuttle in 2011 that humans will fly to the space station from U.S. soil. The mission's first launch attempt on Wednesday, May 27 was scrubbed due to weather conditions.
Tune in starting at 11 a.m. EDT as NASA and SpaceX provide joint, live coverage from launch to arrival at the space station. Teams are targeting 3:22 p.m. EDT for the launch of the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft atop a Falcon 9 rocket from historic Launch Complex 39A at NASAs Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The Crew Dragon is scheduled to dock to the space station on Sunday, May 31.

I hope the weather is good. Looking forward to this.
The weather forecast does not bode well for a launch.
And NASA is better??
SpaceX is doing what NASA should have, test and explode, test and explode, test and explode until you have identified and FIXED the problems. But Shuttle was such a kludge and so expensive that they couldn’t do that.
Where did I even imply such a thing?
Just to be clear on my part...
I wouldn't get in anything NASA launched either.

JMO, YMMV
Believe it when you see it... BTW - From cars to spaceships, Musk builds things that blow up... I wouldn’t get on that roman candle for all the tea in Texas and China.
At least when you buy one of his cars you get a free bag of marshmallows and hot dogs.
*ping*
How do we get these broads to STFU???
bttt
I wasn't confident of being able to do that until about a half hour ago when the sky began clearing of clouds so maybe this will work. I have seen other space launches from this distance but this will mark the first time I go right from the TV set in my home and then rush outside to see if I can view it from there.
If it works out, I will post the video.
Bob and Doug McKenzie launching to deliver beer to the space station eh.

Okay, my experiment has FLOPPED. I did NOT see the SpaceX, probably due to too many clouds on the horizon. Too bad. I have seen Space Shuttle launches from all the way down here. But today...NADA!
