The woman will get a $10,000,000 settlement, and an apology from the mayor.
She would be convicted of a felony and serve no less than six months in Virginia thanks to a law sponsored by black Congressman McEachin when he was in the state house. Ironic, isn’t it.

I’ve lived in Maryland 10 years. In that time, Baltimore has had four mayors and nine police commissioners.
The mayor who (the day I moved here) was convicted of stealing gift cards from poor children will likely be reelected Tuesday.
CNN will cut the clip and only show the cop hitting her.
I’m very happy to see that. A buddy of mine is a Baltimore cop and I have no idea how he does it.
