Also, there has been a continuous lowering of standards of what it acceptable by the media, liberals, schools, etc.. Combine this with lack of enforcement of the "quality of life" laws in California and this is what you get.

We have a beautiful county park in the middle of nowhere with a river running through it. It was taken over by third worlders years ago. After a nice weekend it looks like trash bombs went off in it.
