B. There seems to be a huge amount of time unaccounted for in the videos and there must have been SOME reason the guy wouldn’t get in the car for ten minutes.
Yeah...he was frog marched across 4 lanes of traffic to a waiting cop car where he falls down. And then is held there for 10 minutes by 3 cops and dies.
Have you seen this: Did they even take him to the hospital? This gets screwier every day. Do city cops normally drive the ambulances?
