Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, officials have admitted that duplicate ballots were mailed out to registered voters, though they are not sure how many.
Last week, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania’s top election official admitted that duplicate ballots had been sent to registered voters but said he did not know how many were sent, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette:
In a conference call with reporters, Dave Voye, who manages the division that’s had to process a massive influx of vote-by-mail applications and ballots as voters look for an alternative to in-person voting amid COVID-19, said the department started to notice there was a problem with duplicate ballots at the end of April. Several voters told the Post-Gazette this month that they had applied for a mail-in or absentee ballot and received more than one in the mail. The county released a statement on the issue Thursday, and said it was the result of a bug in the state’s voter registration system. [Emphasis added]
Still, Allegheny County officials have said the problem has been resolved and that duplicate ballots marked as such will not be counted in the state’s primary election on June 2.
The duplicate mail-in ballot issues come as Allegheny County officials have reached a settlement with the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) to clean up its voter rolls, which reportedly include 1,600 dead people, close t0 7,500 voter registrations flagged as duplicates, 1,523 registered voters who claim to be 100-years-old and over, and 1,178 registered voters who are missing dates of birth.
Still ongoing is Judicial Watch’s lawsuit against the state of Pennsylvania for reportedly having more than 800,000 inactive voters on its voter rolls.

Do newspapers and sites even have "opinion" headings any more? Where someone used to have an op ed? Now they are all 21 year old journalism graduates giving their personal biased opinions in the actual news articles.
Don’t worry. It’s not a significant problem. They only sent them to Democrats.
Fortunately, the potential for damage is limited, because double ballots were only sent to registered Democrats, and independents in swing areas, who met demanding ideological tests, like blackness, or being on welfare... /sarcasm
I requested mine in Montco back when it was first announced - about early March or even February maybe. I got the ballot yesterday. I don't intend to use it. I'll vote in person unless I'm at death's door.
To make sure things come ou the way they want.
Several years back, I went early to vote in the presidential election. I was there for the three “Hear ye’s” at 7 AM, and was seventh in line. When I got to the identification desk, the worker said: “You can’t vote twice in this election”.
It turned out that one of the six people ahead of me in the line had the exact first and last names as I, and also the same middle initial. There were two of us in our little precinct. The worker examined the signatures and saw that mine matched the signature on file and the other didn’t. He supposedly change the “already voted” mark to the other guy with the same name, and allowed me to vote.
The point is that an effective identification process can stop voter fraud. It can eliminate double voting. But also, that a corrupt organization can easily allow voter fraud. The only way to fully prevent fraud is to have effective policing of voting. I’m sure there are places where this can occur.
THIS is ONLY one county in the USA.
There are more than 3100 counties in the USA.
Try to convince me AGAIN that there is NO VOTER FRAUD.

Republicans should use the same methods as the democrats.
(1) Ballot boxes containing “republican” votes plus one democrat vote. Store them in car trunks, dumpsters, post office broom closets, etc.
(2) Establish ballot harvester teams to create fake mail-in
ballots. Use the “Publishers Clearing House” names/addresses method.
(3)Hire workers to fill out ballots by hand. The ballots would be distributed on a random basis.
(4) Have goons placed at polling places to scare walk-in voters with threats to kill their pets if they vote for
democrats.
