So justice for George Floyd  should be denied to punish his supporters? That will teach them.

I would need a Minnesota lawyer to explain the differences between first, second and third degree murder, but the amount of time between when the cop knelt on Floyd and when he died seems to give more tban enough time for his actions to be considered premeditated. If I were on the jury given what I've seen, I would have no difficulty at all with recommending the death penalty for that cop.

Unfortunately I just heard that he was arrested for only third degree murder and manslaughter.
