The government leaders and prosecutors in Minnesota will move mountains to run this white cop through the wringer. For them to come out and say such a thing is remarkable. It probably means that the autopsy revealed a cause of death that had nothing to do with him getting manhandled by the police.

Applying death pressure to one of your main arteries that feeds blood
and oxygen to your brain controlling your breathing is manhandled.
Why not just put the man in the back of a patrol car?
If he wants to bang his head in the patrol car, thats HIS problem.
