Read it and weep:

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner (ME) conducted Mr. Floyd’s autopsy on May 26, 2020. The full report of the ME is pending but the ME has made the following preliminary findings. The autopsy revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation. Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.

The coroner is a government agent, and therefore presumed to be lying when investigating wrongdoing by the government.

Strangulation, we all know what that is.

Traumatic asphyxia, however, is a precise medical term, and doesn't just mean "pressing on the windpipe".

"Traumatic asphyxia, or Perthes's syndrome, is a medical emergency caused by an intense compression of the thoracic cavity, causing venous back-flow from the right side of the heart into the veins of the neck and the brain."

Note that the coroner, by definition an agent of the state and therefore not impartial, came out and said "The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death."

Catch that? "Being restrained by the police." "any POTENTIAL intoxicants" -- muddying the water, they haven't identified any yet.

"Likely contributed" -- not a definitive dismissal.

This is sophistry so they can hope to avoid monetary damages.

“diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation “describes just what it say
no throat air blockage.
It does not describe killing via pressure on the main artery feeding
blood and oxygen to the brain.
