It would have been trashed eventually, just cutting out the middleman.
It could be a good thing that they burned down Section 8 housing. Those things will wreck a neighborhood.
We had one of the first in my hometown. Within 5 years it was a wqreck. People actually ripped out the copper plumbing, the brass door knobs etc to sell them.

A lot of insurance policies have an exemption for civil disturbances.
Ignacio-bungalow me burn down building unga-bunga....
‘Affordable’ units that cost $195,000 each.
We’re house training a puppy. Even a puppy knows not to chit where it sleeps.
Im extremely worried about the diversity of the rioters. Are all people being represented fairly?
Absolutely True... Johnson's "Great Society".. "I'll have those ****** voting democrat for the next hundred years."
FWIW, I don’t think these riots are about the killing of this man. That is just the catalyst. They are the result that I’ve been predicting for two months, of what would happen if the lockdown went much past April.
It will get worse. Catalysts happen every day.
