Metro Transit (and all suburban bus services) have cancelled service in the entire metro area thru the weekend.

Target has closed 24 stores including some in the suburbs.

The focal point of action seems to have shifted from the 3rd Precinct HQ in south Minneapolis to the 1st Precinct HQ in downtown Minneapolis.

Can someone please tell me why cities don’t use water cannons any longer? This would have dispersed the crowd from the beginning and possibly halted some of the destruction.

Saw a vid clip of him giving some kind of statement earlier today - was rambling about "400 years" of injustice and crap, intent on bending over for the Black Lives Matter crowd while a professional criminal element infiltrated and commenced hostilities without facing any organized opposition. First responders have dropped everything and fled according to a message up the thread. Bet a number of citizens around there are wondering what are they paying taxes for, while the rest are probably wishing they had guns.
