Well with Mittens on his side - it's looking more and more like Joe did it, but here is the thing.

• They never thought he was going to win
• They got sloppy
• The crazy bitch who grabbed the FBI files is gonna be boss
• Crooked Comey going to have the National State Police (FBI) getting feed all the Hammer (NSA, CIA, SR, ABC, XYZ, CYA) direct data feeds to be able to clamp down on any polical opposition just like Obama was doing
• Perhaps the FBI knows Joe actually did have some hand in her death
• Perhaps because they never thought he'd win - they all know president Trump has access to that intel

I am noticing some hesitancy to people to rush to his defense, are they wary of the president turning out to be right with what was initially thought to be an outlandish claim

Obama was bribing and blackmailing many in the media, perhaps this is president Trump signaling to those on the Obama Payola Express take, to back off.

He laughed (sort of) at Imus's joke. Maybe nervously. What was he going to do? Act insulted? That doesn't go over well on TV or radio, and might actually do more to throw suspicion on him.

I'm not saying that Scarborough didn't have something to do with Lori Klausutis's death, just that the "he joked about it" accusation isn't really accurate.
