I will first admit I am not following the close details of this case - but cops all across the country are trained to RESTRAIN subjects of arrest. There’s no way to nicely arrest someone who doesn’t want to be arrested. Regardless of the details of this case, you must be careful not to continuously be outraged when footage of such arrests take place, because its a relatively common phenomenon.
