“They went after him likely intending to hold him”

Well, they must have not given each other the memo (assuming any of them could read) because they skipped holding and went straight to gunning down an innocent man in the street. Ooops.

“So someone who doesn’t agree with your opinion, is now a leftist troll? Do we all need to think exactly like you?”

Typical leftwad troll misdirection.

There have been many trolls here through the decades, and they all get spotted, because they say things like this: “Look at the facts. Once you do, you realize a man being gunned down had the right to self defense.”

No conservative would say such a thing. Firstly, because he wasn’t “being gunned down,” he was trying to wrest a legally held weapon from its owner. Secondly, wresting a weapon away from a man who is not shooting at you or pointing it at you is not self-defense; it is attempted murder.

So take your lies and your diseased logic and limp on back to whatever woketard swamp you crawled out of.

Hogwash, he wasn't being gunned down. The gun went off after he grabbed it. If he hadn't attacked the man holding he gun, he would be alive today.

I am a pretty conservative guy and have a concealed firearm permit. These two stupid men are an insult to stupid people. The irresponsibility with fire arms here is stunning. If you go off your property with firearms and point a gun at another human being, you damn better have a better reason than property theft. Who the hell do they think they are ? They are going to pay for their vigilantism. It’s pathetic.

Arbery was not a “jogger”. He was a burglar casing the neighborhood for opportunities. He was confronted by neighbors and attacked one of them who was armed with a shotgun. He was killed in the scuffle as he attempted to wrestle the shotgun out of the hands of his antagonist.

The case has become a political show trial to support various Progressive narratives.

I thought we assume that they are innocent until they are proven guilty.

“they skipped holding and went straight to gunning down an innocent man in the street.”

Liar. He was accidentally shot because he attacked a man who was legally in possession of a shotgun. This was the direct result of his own felonious misconduct.

In nature, the penalty for stupidity is death. The sentence is executed immediately, and there is no appeal.

This filthy, depraved, degenerate criminal set out to commit one or more crimes, was interrupted in the course of committing those crimes, and reacted with a stupidity so pure, so blessedly bereft of the least scintilla of intelligence or righteousness that it could not be survived.

F this criminal who killed himself with his own stupidity, and double F every despicable liar who is trying to turn him into a victim.

“If someone just fired a shot at your with a shot gun, and you were close to them, what would you do? Could you outrun the next shot gun blast?”

That’s a lie and the video proves it. The man was holding the shotgun and not even pointing it at him. Arbery executed a loop around the truck ambush and grabbed his gun and started hitting him. The first shot was fired during the struggle and the good guy barely did not even have full control of the gun.

The thug tried one of those “disarm the cop” moves practiced by thugs and it almost worked... almost.

Little known fact about executing passers by for the crime of jogging - it gets ya some new dance partners in the showers for the next 20 years to life. Hope their soap-holding hands are steadier than their trigger fingers. Of course, they might be into that sort of thing and make it win-win for all involved. C’est lie vie.

Nope, people can figure guilty, innocent or something in-between. Or they don’t have to figure anything at all and not care, either way. You can think the tomatoes at the store are not good and pass on them, someone else can come along and think they look fine and grab a dozen. There’s no rules.

“executing passers by for the crime of jogging”

Jogging. (Snort.) Nobody is stupid enough to believe that. Go back to DU.

He was not executed for jogging, he died because He attacked a man holding a loaded gun.

“Stupid, yes, racist no”

I suspect a degree of mental retardation, shared by both, that affect the thinking process. Even as clownish and corrupt at the county is they recognized the old man was a risk to injure and/or kill innocent people.

He had been associated at one time with the dictrict atty’s office but didn’t have training/knowledge of how to make an arrest or of the use of force so they wouldn’t let him have a gun, badge or allow him to try to arrest anyone. The county didn’t want to be liable for his antics. He also suffered from depression, I suspect that would factor in also.

“You killed him.”

Naw, I’m not much on standing up in the bed of a moving pickup while waving a gun at strangers. In my free time, I’d be more into nuking some popcorn and re-watching “The Maltese Falcon”.

“I wish I could believe you, but I think it was you. and I can think whatever I want, because “there are no rules”.”

However, this are fantasies and there are facts. I am more interested in the latter, the former has no meaning in reality. The fantasies may be emotionally satisfying, but have no real world importance.

In this instance, the facts are damning to the defendants. That’s the bottom line.

Where in that video do you see either of the McMichaels point the shotgun at the deceased?

I see Arbery run up to McMichaels and try to take the shotgun away, but I don't see it ever pointed at him, until he grabs onto it and tries to take it.

What you posted is no different than what I posted. Assumptions and fantasy.

The facts of the case haven’t been tried yet, you don’t know what the facts are, and you are giving them no presumption of innocence. I guess that’s fine though so long as it’s not you.
