After watching the videos of Arberys Walmart arrest and park confrontation it’s clear he was a low IQ thug with aggressive tendencies. Bad combination that led to his death.
Too little info at this point. My guess is they use the charge to get him to take the stand for the prosecution and say whatever they tell him to say. Then he walks.
Then there will be 4 thugs dead in the incident, right?
Whatever his low IQ was, etc. that does not excuse the thuggish behavior of the neighbors, chasing him down and murdering him. Why don’t you focus on the killers for a little while, instead of the victim?
It just may be that his filming the event, his turning the video over to the police and media were not prudent decisions.
just as guilty as what? The men who were Defending themselves against a man that was attacking them? As guilty as the man who’s gun was being yanked away from him and accidental went off in all likelihood?
You can charge anyone with anything- but a man videotaping something is not guilty of murder anymore than a man who is being attacked and who’s gun goes off is automatically guilty of murder- The facts will come out in trial- It is very irresponsible for the GBI to be claiming the video person IS as ‘responsible’ as anyone at this point- this tells me the GBI has already predetermined how the trial is goi9gn to come out=- He’s trying to bias a future jury-

Has there been a good analysis of what the video shows? What does the video show happened, as opposed to what the two sides are telling us?
Not necessarily.
The GBI is also telling us that the McMichaels are no more responsible than Bryan.
