It doesn’t matter if there is marginal factual data to support this...the top tier of the leadership believe a second wave will occur.
So figure about six weeks into the future....the same ‘belief’ will start up here in the US, and various governors will be chatter-boxes about the impending wave and the next shut-down.
They locked down 108 million people in a province in the past several days.
