It's more a matter of body-mass index. A BMI over 40 is considered morbidly obese. With Trump's reported height and weight then his BMI would be considerably less than that and no reputable doctor would classify him as morbidly obese.
He’s not even that overweight. He’s probably got ten pounds of bullet proof t-shirt and perhaps thigh guards on him.
If only all overweight Americans were his level of overweight, then we wouldn’t have a lot of the problems we do.
