I wouldn’t leave Ohio for any sort of trip that required me to drive through Pa, Michigan, or Kentucky. They might arrest an Ohioan for breaking quarantine by coming to their state.
I don’t know how reasonable Indiana and WV are these days.

There are no arrests happening in Michigan. The sheriffs aren't following Herr Witless and her orders. Our neighbors just came to open their cottage from Wisconsin, said they weren't bothered or harassed by anyone.
