Newly released police bodycam video shows Georgia slay victim Ahmaud Arbery being handcuffed and arrested for shoplifting in 2017.
The video, dated Dec. 1, 2017, shows Arbery and three teenagers being confronted by police in the parking lot of a Walmart shopping center, according to the footage posted on YouTube on Tuesday.
Tell me about the TV, a police officer asks. TV? What? We dont have any TV, Arbery, wearing shorts and a parka, responds. What about the 65-inch TV? the cop says. Sixty-five inch TV? Arbery says. Do me a favor, the cop replies. All of you take a seat. Take a seat for what? Arbery snaps back. I dont know nothing about no TV . I dont steal no TV.
Another man, presumably a Walmart employee, then approaches and the police officer tells him, its that one right there with the fur jacket suggesting Arbery and the man nods. What TV? Arbery says. The TV is in there, motioning toward the store. Arbery then claims he has a receipt and tries to get up from the ground, but is placed in handcuffs and put into a squad car. Hes driven back to the store, where he and the three teenagers are seen walking into the back of the store and into a rear office, where the video eventually ends. The outcome of the shoplifting arrest is not clear. The release of the footage comes one day after another bodycam video shows a confrontation between Arbery a month earlier at a local park...

But he was a good boy.
Saint Arbery, how could you?
One thing’s for sure, the cracker who shot him wasn’t just out trolling for an innocent black man to kill. Nothing racial about the incident at all.
It seems the history just keeps coming.
Geez, don’t they have a picture of Arbery at 12 years of age the media could run with to counteract all this bad publicity?
He was out for a job and decided to job through Walmart.
He was going to go back and buy some new jogging shoes until they harassed him.
When he went into the home under construction, while he was, innocently, “Jogging” he was probably looking to purchase that home or maybe he just wanted to see what color scheme they used for the kitchen.
He was out for a jog and decided to jog through Walmart.
The Daily Beast, which reviewed the court files, has confirmed that Arbery was convicted of this “theft by shoplifting” charge: https://www.thedailybeast.com/the-sho...
This arrest violated Arbery’s probation on this earlier gun possession conviction:

Well, glad that clears everything up - getting arrested for shoplifting in 2017 totally justifies getting shot and killed by some civilian in 2020.
He was running that day because he was late for church....
These stats are 5 years old but they've gotten worse not better.
In just raw numbers white on white murders were 196 more than black on black murders, BUT whites make up 68% of the population vs 13% by blacks.
These numbers are not new to FReepers but they are so far out of wack compared to the population, blacks are killing each other faster than covid-19 is killing 80 year olds with bad hearts.
Black on black crime and black on white murders are a real pandemic.
Where is the lock down?
Well, as we saw him strolling up to the house in construction, looking around, then entering, and they sprinting out a few minutes later, the whole "innocent jogger" meme seems to be disintegrating.
We find he was a convicted felon who violated his probation, and he wasn't jogging when he came up to the house under construction near the McMichaels residence.
“Arbery, wearing shorts and a parka”
Oh, well there you go. That’s a capital fashion offense.
He also had on his parka at the park on the bodycam video.

the one killed should not be on trial....we should base what happened on “what happened” and not on who the shooter or the victim was or their history..
