France created Zionism that lead to the State of Israel. Had it not been for the Dreyfus Affair, Zionism may not have had an impetus. Can somebody clarify that? Is Israel considering just an annexation of certain security areas or certain settlements? Or are they considering an annexation of all of Judea and Samaria?

And if it’s the latter, what happens to all the “Palestinians” living there? Would they eventually become voting Israeli citizens (a scary thought)?
