If this is correct I expect the Democrats to run Michelle Obama as Biden’s VP. Then on Jan 22nd, 2023, Biden will “resign” and Michelle Obama will become POTUS. She could then run for 2 terms.
If she did over half of Biden's first term that would count as one term for her. She would then be limited to being elected to one full term of her own.
