CNN, in their dogged and unending quest to overturn the 2016 presidential election and drive President Trump from office, is in full-on campaign mode. Just as in the last presidential election cycle, opinion polls are a campaign staple of the media and the Democrat party. Polls are not being used as they should, to reflect public opinion, but instead to shape opinion, a form of political propaganda.
CNN commissioned a poll, the results of which were released last week, conducted by SSRS, “an independent research company.” A CNN poll doesn’t mean Brian Stelter and Jim Acosta, also known as dumb and dumber, were on a street corner asking passersby how much they hated the Orange Man.
When CNN reported the poll results, their headline put a ho-hum spin on the poll findings, “Biden tops Trump nationwide, but battlegrounds tilt Trump.” Townhall reported the poll more accurately, “New CNN poll shows Trump crushing Biden in swing states.”
How illustrative that the same poll with the same results was presented so differently, Trump “crushing” in one headline while in another headline results simply “tilt.” In fact, CNN buried the poll results on their homepage as they didn’t like the results. I can’t blame them as it doesn’t fit the CNN narrative.
Polls are designed to reflect the opinions of a group of people at a moment in time. A small sample of individuals are asked for their opinion regarding a particular issue and this small sample is hoped to be representative of the larger population. Otherwise the axiom of garbage in, garbage out applies.

In this poll, “34 percent described themselves as Democrats, 26 percent described themselves as Republicans”, an 8-point difference. Imagine the results if those parties were flipped, oversampling Republicans by 8 points.

The more they reveal themselves, the more people flock to Trump's support.
The so-called "news reporters" of the media have consistently underestimated President Trump--his intelligence, his puissance, his honesty, and his fundamental morality, all of which tower over theirs.
They have also underestimated the average American--and the same virtues.
If these people were half as intelligent as they think they are, they would have surrendered to TRUTH long ago and come to the support of President Trump, if not for the love of truth, for sheer pragmatism.
Surely they are intelligent enough to wonder why he has consistently triumphed over them and all his adversaries. The answer lies in the tagline.

I’m still curious why that battleground state poll included Virginia. The majority of voters here love anything and everything democrat. In VA, Trump is Hitler and Mark Warner is God.
The Democrats also should be in a panic about their presumptive nominee, Joe Biden. Biden won the primaries pretty much by default and big promises made to other candidates to drop out. Bernie was likely again bought off, but not totally silenced. Biden is a poor campaigner and all but the sycophant media recognize his early stage dementia. His shady dealing in the Ukraine and China are a huge liability and now the very credible accusation of sexual assault should be reason enough to drop him as nominee. Trouble is who would the Democrats pick as nominee? Any of the field of the score of also ran candidates would be a certain loser. Gov. Cuomo is an obvious choice, but his handling of the corona pandemic gives him considerable liability. Any of the other blue state governors have a huge liability in their handling of the highly unpopular lockdowns. Any of the a Democrat members of Congress...another assured loser. Liberal billionaires again a no starter. The DNC is pretty much stuck with Biden and know that he will lose in November. What they hope is that the Biden disaster doesn’t ripple down to other races for Congress, governorships and state legislators.

Yet it’s still a stretch to imagine that s onetime state representative, not even a senator — is ready to become the leader of the free world.
The left is having a harder time excepting the death of the democrat party than when Trump won the 2016 presidential election.
The longer the Dems embrace Pelosi, Obama, Biden, Hillary, Hoyer, Schumer as their leaders, the longer it will take to attempt to rebuild.

You can’t sell crazy and dangerous for very long and they have a long history of both.
If the Goobers in California, New York, Illinois, or even Oregon can help turn their states red in November, I'll be impressed. For known "swing states" like Pennsylvania, Michigan, or Wisconsin, keeping them red in November is not a big deal, considering that the Dems will come out of their online convention with a "Dumb and Dumber" ticket.
