An attorney for the family of Ahmaud Arbery, who was shot and killed in Brunswick, Georgia, in February, says they want the man who recorded the incident arrested despite his attorney's claim that he was not involved in the death.

"We are going to continue to push for the arrest of William Bryan for recording and participating in the ambush of Ahmaud Arbery," S. Lee Merritt, one of the attorneys for Arbery's family told CNN's Don Lemon.

Bryan is the person who shot the video of the incident.

Merritt's comments were in response to Kevin Gough, an attorney for Bryan, who said Monday that his client had taken a polygraph test that confirmed he was not involved in the shooting.

Gough said that the results of the test have been shared with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation

Arbery’s attorneys should be arrested. These two punks are deliberately putting the safety of innocent people at risk. It is laughable to think that a guy who witnessed Arbery sprinting from a house and simply followed him in a truck filming him with a cell phone is guilty of a crime. Merritt and Crump are putting pictures up on their Twitter feeds of the police officer who suggested that the homeowner contact ex-cop McMichael if he had issues. They are intimidating witnesses by encouraging the underclass mob to go after good people.

LOL. Is this the ghetto legal standard? One suspects (correctly) that a guy is attempting to burglarize a home under construction, the suspect bolts off at full speed (I thought he was a jogger?), you follow him and film him, and you are guilty of “felony murder”? Please, I would like you to explain to me your legal theory of “felony murder.” I can’t wait.

Is the plan to run off the all the working folks in Brunswick so it can just be one big ghetto?

Without this man’s video this case would not have received national attention. Logical people would be grateful. Go figure

He was a co-conspirator in the chase. And Arbery ended up murdered. Are you not reading the articles? Nothing was stolen. At worst Arbery was trespassing. Bert, where did you get your law degree?

Nothing was stolen.

Are you sure about that ? Why did Arbery enter the construction site with low top cheap tennis shoes and leave with leather high top steel-toed boots ?

He dropped a hammer (seen on video lying in the street). Do joggers carry hammers... just for the extra weight ?

1) “Nothing was stolen.” First, we don’t know that, because (suspiciously) only 10 seconds of video has been released, whereas we know the jogger was in the house for over 4 minutes. Gee, I wonder why that footage hasn’t been released?
2) “He was a co-conspirator in the chase.” Wow, you certainly know your legal terms! To be a co-conspirator, you have to KNOWINGLY “enter into an agreement” with others to break a specific law. So there is proof that “Roddy” entered into an agreement to murder Arbery? Filming a fleeing crook is not a crime.
3) As to my law degree, allow me to advise you that your child porn collection is illegal....

How did Crump not snag this lawsuit???

Funny how there is now mention of WHAT this ‘jogger” did for a living. What skills did he have? Did he live alone? Did he live with his parents-—at age 25???

He already did have an arrest record.....I am not buying the choir boy thinking to him.

Yeah, and I guess he'd like the video suppressed as well.
