President Donald Trump lashed out at Fox News after host Neil Cavuto expressed shock at Trump's announcement that he is taking hydroxychloroquine as a prevention for the coronavirus.

The drug has not been proven as an effective treatment for the virus, and the Federal Drug Administration recently warned that there was a "risk of heart rhythm problems" and shouldn't be taken outside of a clinical or hospital setting.

Trump tweeted on Monday night that Fox News is not the same. "We miss the great Roger Ailes. You have more anti-Trump people, by far, than ever before. Looking for a new outlet!" Trump wrote.

Look, all the top rated programs on Fox on prime time are Trump loyalists, Tucker Laura Hannity etc. Same with weekends with Judge Jeanine and Greg Gutfield and Mark Levine.
I am not really worried that they have some Dem loyalists like Cavuto at 4 pm or Chris Wallace Sunday mornings. Fox has to appear to be fair and balanced. They may can't have 100% conservatives.
President Trump needs to chill.
There is simply need other Trump friendly news outlet out there that has the ratings Fox has.
I like OAN but their ratings are still low.

I’d like to see OANN get access to the big cable systems that won’t carry them. I’m lucky to be a Verizon FIOS subscriber and OANN has been on Channel 616 since I signed up with FIOS 5 years ago. Newsmax is on FIOS Channel 615, Fox Business on 617 and Fox News on 618. FIOS is also running new news channels such as Cheddar (Ch 614) and Newsy (Channel 613, which is a Scripps Howard channel, and quite liberal) Newsmax has got much more access to cable subscribers than OANN.

With respect to Neil Cavuto, when he stuck to financial news and analysis he was very good; Roger Ailes brought him over from CNBC to found the Fox Business Channel. He obviously hates DJT with a purple passion (similar to Judge Andrew Napolitano). His latest outburst has brought him squarely into douchebag territory.

Fox News - specifically Tucker, Sean, Laura, and Mark Levin - has been indispensable in Trump's defense and in counter punching the Political Left and the Deep State.

Only Rush Limbaugh connects with a larger national audience.

Without those five media personalities and Tom Fitton (Judicial Watch), Trump would have no chance for reelection.
