How does any of that make Arbery the attacker? The man is blocked by these idiots in a pick up truck, he runs around them once (off camera, but it was in the police report that witness Elder McMicheals made a statement, the 2nd time, Arbery runs around the truck a second time, trying to go away from Fake Cop Junior, who is in the middle of the road trying to stop Arbery’s path, Fake Cop Junior, being pissed that Arbery was going to run past him a 2nd time, meets him in front of the truck and blasts him with the shot gun.
Looks like the man with the Shot Gun attacked Arbery. Looks like Aggravated Assault when he was standing in the middle of the road trying to block Arbery’s path. Which btw, is the way out of the neighborhood.
It appears in this video that your man Arbery almost wanted to attack the armed cop but he managed to control that impulse that time. I guess the passage of 3 years didn’t dampen his impulsiveness and his anger management issues.

You're not very observant. McMichael is standing near the LEFT headlight as Arbery is jogging around the RIGHT side of the truck. Arbery accelerated toward McMichael as he got to the front of the truck and pushed McMichael from the left headlight area all the way to the left side of the road and even beyond (off camera). That makes Arbery the attacker.
The shotgun apparently wasn't even pointed at Arbery. If it had been, he would have fatally shot him the moment Arbery turned toward him. The first shot, fired near the left headlight area, only hit him in the hand, according to the autopsy report. Two more shots were fired as they struggle for the shotgun, one off camera.
