Years before he was gunned down while jogging, Ahmaud Arbery had a run-in with cops in which they found him in a park sitting alone in his car and tried to tase him, newly released video shows.

LOL!! They weren’t allowed long coats in prison, and no blue, black, gray or orange clothing items, because those were the colors the uniformed staff wore.
Things I learned from this video.
In 2017 Arbrey worked 6 days a week, owned a car and had no warrants.
The cops where he lived sucked.
his license was suspended.
I have a bigger problem with this video than the “jogging” one.
I mean we don’t have the whole story but he clearly asked why they stopped him.
“Because this area is known for drug activity.”
That’s your probable cause Mr. Cop?
Bingo
He didnt allow them to search his car.
In other words, he understood the 4th Amendment better than the cops.
Cops never got to search his vehicle.
Well then the cops never had probable cause.
Yeah, for sure, it’s the cops who are the bad guys in this caper.
Of course we don’t have the whole story but this is pretty sloppy police work.
Totally side eyeing their “probable cause” also.
Yep. I agree with you this time.
Yeah, for sure, its the cops who are the bad guys in this caper.
Lets see, they could not work a stun gun.
They failed to communicate the situation with each other.
And they could not put 2 and 2 together and make a case for the search of the vehicle.
They may not be bad guys, but they are incompetent.
Yes. But not your original point. You said he had no drugs. We don’t know that.
How does any of that make Arbery the attacker? The man is blocked by these idiots in a pick up truck, he runs around them once (off camera, but it was in the police report that witness Elder McMicheals made a statement, the 2nd time, Arbery runs around the truck a second time, trying to go away from Fake Cop Junior, who is in the middle of the road trying to stop Arbery’s path, Fake Cop Junior, being pissed that Arbery was going to run past him a 2nd time, meets him in front of the truck and blasts him with the shot gun.
Looks like the man with the Shot Gun attacked Arbery. Looks like Aggravated Assault when he was standing in the middle of the road trying to block Arbery’s path. Which btw, is the way out of the neighborhood.
The probable cause threshold to search a vehicle really isn’t that hard to reach.
They didn’t need his permission if they suspected anything remotely illegal.
They didn’t search so that tells me they knew their suspicions were based on ridiculous notions to begin with.
Sadly, all that goes out the window when you yell “What the f... you hassling me about!” and take a step towards the cop. Not that it should get you tazed or shot - but not the best idea. Twice as a teen I made a smart remark to the cops - just made things worse.
Awhile ago I watched some video done by a cop (a black cop maybe?) that shows numerous clip of him talking to suspects (most black) that are showing an attitude and not listening to commands.
Reaching into pockets to pull out a cell phone, water bottle, whatever and the cops trying to get control of the situation. Watching the video I was just waiting for one of the people to get shot or tazed - who knows what will show up in their hands.
Yes. But not your original point. You said he had no drugs. We dont know that.
So you are going to make a case that he did have drugs even though you have no evidence he had drugs?
Meatspace spends and inordinate and troll-like amount of time on this Arbery fiasco.
He wasn't driving the car, he was sitting in it.
Frequent fryer?

It’s actually easier than that. It’s a simple game of “one of these things is different” like you grew up playing on Sesame Street. If it looks out of place, it probably is.
