Nope...just check my local barber’s website...no reopening date set.But you can hop a flight from Bradley down to Georgia or Florida. IIRC New Hampshire has just opened...or is about to open...and Nashua is 30 minutes from me.

Interesting news about NH, thanks. We have friends there... I'll check in with them to see what's open up there. It's a longer drive for us, but really not bad.

My husband and I are starting to plan a long road trip to GA and SC - hopefully going soon. Need to continue our home search in those two Free States ASAP.

If you’re not ready to open your business then don’t but don’t force everyone else to stay closed. It is a two way street, there are customers willing to patronize salons and barbers.

Exactly!! That's what Gov. Kemp of the Great State of Georgia said. If you don't feel you're ready to open (or ready to patronize an establishment), then don't open / go. Nobody is forcing anyone to reopen any business, nor is anyone being forced to patronize a business if you're not ready.

Lamont is the second-worst governor in New England. The absolute WORST governor in New England is Janet Mills of Maine. She's a fascist even worse than Michigan's Gretchen Whitmer!

Cuomo still has the capital of the state of NY closed, tens of thousands of state workers still on paid vacation. Where does he get the money for all these no show payments?

Mebbe he got a few PPP loans for a few (on-)paper businesses which can then be used to launder the money to pay the goobermint workers.

Or maybe its de-laundering the money, if he’s taking these perfectly legal PPP loans and using the paper businesses to pay the goobermint employees with the money.

My wife keeps looking at the gardening shears and then at me—I wonder what she has in mind. ;-)

You might want to wear a codpiece.

you can bet your bippy that all those govt workers getting a paid vacation for all these weeks are big time fear mongers....it pays to be a fear monger when you get a fat paycheck or pension from the govt...

Barbershops and hair salons open next week. Nail salons, elective surgery, restaurants, hotels not until early June. It’s better than expected but not much.

I live in NYC so I don’t even know what Governor Ned Lamont looks like but I would like to know, from those who do, has his hair been trimmed over the past two months?

It shouldn’t have been!

They aren’t the only ones getting shaggy.

Is there even one person that misses John Rowland?

There is no way he would be this bad.
