The National Football League (NFL) is proposing a new rule that would reward teams that hire minority head coaches and general managers with improved positions in the college draft.
If you’re going to go diversity, you may as well go all in.
Under the proposal, a team could improve its third-round draft position by up to 16 places. Teams will receive an improvement of ten spots if they hire a minority general manager or equivalent front-office position, and six spots for hiring a minority head coach.
Of the last 20 NFL head coaches hired, just 2 were minorities.
The league is concerned that the racial makeup of its hierarchy does not reflect the racial character of its fan base. The new rule still needs approval by 24 of the 32 owners to go into effect.

It appears that the team owners don’t care if they hire the most qualified coaches. They must not care if they have winning teams.

I actively ceased to watch the NFL when the kneeling BS started. It did not take long to realize I was no longer interested in the current NFL product any longer. I wonder how many others are going to discover they don’t miss sports as much as they thought they would?
Well, of course. Why not? We have yet to see a head coach kneel down during the National Anthem.
So using race as a priority is okay as long as the person isn’t white.
They used to have a name for that. Oh yeah, you hardly ever hear it anymore, racism.

What about improving draft picks for teams with white running backs?
Why don’t they just ban Whites from management and as players?
