Interesting.
Years ago I drank Rolling Rock but for reason I don’t know quit.
I have been reading the Spenser books as a cure for cabin fever and he gets on a Rolling Rock Jag. I am tempted to buy some
So, The Brits who own Bud also own Rolling Rock and changed it?

I liked the RR 8oz “Pony Bottles” best, but the longnecks were always fresher. Somehow, it just doesn’t taste the same, and hasn’t since InBev bought it, years ago.

The Spenser books are way more unrealistic than the Philip Marlowe series written by Raymond Chandler. But the pacing is better, even if the Marlowe books are superior, from a literary standpoint. If you want even faster pacing, consider the Elvis Cole series by Robert Crais. It’s current day TV series pacing - real roller coaster stuff.
