President Barack Obama’s Treasury Department regularly surveilled retired Army Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn’s financial records and transactions beginning in December 2015 and well into 2017, before, during and after when he served at the White House as President Donald Trump’s National Security Director, a former senior Treasury Department official, and veteran of the intelligence community, told the Star Newspapers.
“I started seeing things that were not correct, so I did my own little investigation, because I wanted to make sure what I was seeing was correct” she said. “You never want to draw attention to something if there is not anything there.”
The whistleblower said she only saw metadata, that is names and dates when the general’s financial records were accessed. “I never saw what they saw.”
By March 2016, the whistleblower said she and a colleague, who was detailed to Treasury from the intelligence community, became convinced that the surveillance of Flynn was not tied to legitimate criminal or national security concerns, but was straight-up political surveillance among other illegal activity occurring at Treasury.
“When I showed it to her, what she said, ‘Oh, sh%t!’ and I knew right then and there that I was right – this was some shady stuff,” the whistleblower said.
“It wasn’t just him,” the whistleblower said. “They were targeting other U.S. citizens, as well.”
Only two names are listed in the whistleblower’s official paperwork, so the others must remain sealed, she said. The second name is Paul J. Manafort Jr., the one-time chairman of Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.
The other names include: Members of Congress, the most senior staffers on the 2016 Trump campaign and members of Trump’s family, she said.

Perkins Coie has been Registered Foreign Agent of the Communist Chinese military and represented them as well as the DNC, Clintons and Obama on many occasions. Perkins Coie's offices are a mere 6 miles from the Seattle area CIA headquarter.
Once Corley handed off Barry's LFBC in DC, the it was presented to the assemble White House Press Corps by White House Counsel Bob Bauer, who had been Perkins Coie's chairman for 28 years. Bauer did not allow any cameras at his presentation of the LFBC.
Bauer has written multiple books on elections and election financing and after leaving the White House, Brennan appointed Bob Barr to a CIA panel investigating the CIA's surveillance of the Senate Intel Committee, about which Brennan wasted no time into his tenure lying about. Thereafter, "she" was transported to the nearly deserted Molokai General morgue. It would be a month before the Medical Examiner's report gave a final cause of death, which had changed six times from the time of the crash to the date of the ME's report.
Coming forward with evidence against a true government conspiracy is daunting. (Of course, crazies with the "conspiracy theorist" epithet on their lips will have some verisimilitude with that, but the evidence and proofs are also present in this case. US laws are in place to punish actual criminal conspiracies.) The enemy has taken hold of an essentially unlimited hoard of taxpayer-generated funds to battle against you. And they use when they feel they can and should.

Obama has a big ego, and thin skin - as does Hillary. I believe that a lot of what was done behind the scenes by Obama and Hillary was motivated by the comments Trump made about how incompetent they both were. This is the Obama who said he is generally more knowledgeable and smarter than his advisors, and Hillary - the Queen. How dare anyone be dismissive of them and their 'greatness'?
They weren't worried about losing the election, but had 'payback' plans against Trump anyway, because he dared 'diss' them. Their plan was to ruin him, hound him on financial and tax issues, and disgrace him - all from the White House they thought they'd still be occupying. They really are that petty.

At the rate things are going, no wonder Barr, Durham and Huber are taking their time on this case. We may be talking over 200 people under indictment—and that could include newspaper Editor-in-Chiefs, upper management of television news operations and even the upper management of companies like Alphabet (Google), Facebook and Twitter.
They really are that petty.

Treasury was investigating him probably because he was investigating something that had to do with Treasury. They knew he was a white hat and was digging into corruption. They wanted to know what he knew, and he was was telling. (Pallets of cash to Iran? Who knows?)
