Again and again, the establishment pushes their traitorous louses across the primary finish line.

Let’s get real. How many FReepers give a rat’s behind about mittens?

I promise never to post a thread about mittens.

“What’s really news here is that the sniveling worm Romney apparently still thinks he he has a shot at the presidency. Why else wouldn’t he just STFU!”

Mitt doesn’t care what he says, as I doubt highly that he will run for another 6 year term as Senator. So he can say what he wants with impunity. And he will be a verbal thorn in the side of Trump for the next 4 years also, as Trump is going to win in a landslide, mark my words.

Of course, what goes around, comes around, and when Trump is elected President in November, he too will be unleashed from the shackles of having to get re-elected, and then Trump payback to many of his enemies when can say as he pleases, will be something to behold. Hah.

I’m not sure if you are complaining about this, but if you are, may I respectfully disagree with you. It is helpful to know that the “fart” du jour is. I find that the discussions to follow, sometimes very witty by the way, are usually very useful. FR would not be as useful if it was only a conservative echo chamber and we did not pay attention to what the “farts” are stinking the up the air with today.

By that twisted logic, every “watchdog” must be of he opposition party during every presidential administration.

How many GOP-appointed IGs were there during the Obola era?

There are days I sign on here and see nothing but liberal taunts and accusations coming back at me. Some days it’s too much. If I wanted to read “The Hill” I would go to their site.

I don’t mind seeing what the other side is saying, but that isn’t why I come here. So yes, I disagree with you.

Go away Mitt.
————
This wannabe president, just like criminal Hillary, is a nobody. He’s been effectively isolated by President Trump and company, for very good reasons. Go back in your whole Mitt, the loser that you are.

IGs cannot be a law unto themselves. They have to be accountable to somebody — if not to the President, to whom?

In 1981, President Ronald Reagan fired all of the inspectors general appointed by his Democratic predecessor, Jimmy Carter.

Why is it that the republican party has RINOs but the dems don’t have DINOs?

President Barack Obama came under more muted criticism — most of it from Republicans — in 2009 when he fired AmeriCorps Inspector General Gerald Walpin.

Romney has really stepped up to fill that void McCain left by dying. I was hoping we’d be spared that at least for a while.
