Love this positive side to his case. Sidney Powell would be able to execute this plan in spades. Do it Sidney.

When the lookout sees the sun shining through the darkest gloom spirits are lifted and hope is born anew.

Nice idea, but Sullivan won’t permit Powell to call any witnesses or introduce evidence. As far as Sullivan is concerned, his appointed prosecutor is there to deliver the closing argument. Flynn will get at least three years sentence from this judge.

In light of the DOJ pulling the plug on this, the entry of a judge-appointed prosecution would essentially signal the beginning of a whole new trial. So that would expose strzock, pinetka, page, comey, biden, muller, obama, the covington law firm and anyone else who touched this investigation to discovery and questioning.
And then the case would be thrown out on appeal.

What is the link to Mr. Flynn’s legal defense fund?

DOJ should put Sullivan and his special appointee on the record as to whether or not they’ve received requests or instructions from anyone outside lawful hierarchy Have Durham himself go in and put them on the record with an official statement. They should have no problem stating empirically that they are not under any undue influence or had any improper contact. Make them fully aware that the department Justice will investigate if they are lying.
