Here in Ohio if you buy something...and it doesn’t fit, is damaged etc. you cannot return it.
Also sue him for talking really slow and enunciating every word like we are all developmentally disabled. That has got to be some kind of a hate crime.
Where are the WRONGFUL DEATH lawsuits against this mass murderer of NY seniors?
Cuomo apparently felt that the elderly on Pensions were nonessential to his financial plans.
Cuomo is a Mass Murderer, but... he’s a Democrat so it’s just part of the job.
This and another friend is working on a second.
We are looking for more reasons to file more.
There are a ton of reasons, we just need facts based on Law to sue this tyrant
Sue the bastards in regular court and in civil court until they bleed the bastards dry.
Then start class action suits and bleed them even more.
Serve them with a summons when they leave their apartments and when the go into their offices and when they come out of their offices.
My wife has about 20 church members/people/homes each week end. She just finished her calls and one woman said she was going to shop for clothes.
My wife bought up the issue of curbside/delivery for clothes, shoes just doesnt work for her.
The lady, she was calling also, then decided that curbside/delivery for clothes, shoes just didn’t work for her.
Inslee can smoothly pivot to murder hornets to keep his lockdown going - but the other governors have to come up with excuses better than the virus, and fast. :)
Good! Sue the bitch and James too.
It took me a while to realize this, but the largely arbitrary designation of a business as “non-essential” is basically a death sentence. Politicians should never have been allowed to have this power.
Meanwhile Target, WalMart and Home Depot all somehow got deemed essential and are thriving... I wonder why? Maybe you get a special pass if you’re a mega-billion dollar corporation capable of bribing politicians. You go to these places, and it’s like Mardi Gras celebration. They are making more money than ever.
This is patently unfair.
Justice dictates that every “non-essential” business should be allowed to sue the government for redress - and enough monetary compensation to put them back in business.
