False positives!
This has been happening for months in other countries. IIRC, it was at least one First World Asian nation.
Gives a whole new take on a GUAM pack. If you aren’t a pacific sailor don’t bother asking.
I’m not a doctor but I do know you can’t get the same strain of a virus a second time in that short of a time frame. Bad testing the first time more likely.
Recovered patients who tested positive for COVID-19 likely not reinfected
More than 260 COVID-19 patients in South Korea tested positive for the coronavirus after having recovered, raising alarm that the virus might be capable of “reactivating” or infecting people more than once. But infectious disease experts now say both are unlikely.

Why is the rest of the Navy A OK?
There’s something wrong with the testers.
The disease can last well more than two weeks. A negative test has not yet been demonstrated to mean the disease is fully out of their system, especially if they had a mild or as as-of-yet asymptomatic case. ...and only waiting a day to try again doesn’t cut it.
It’s like the hydroxyquinone without the zinc - an inappropriate test.
Apparently in Taiwan and South Korea they’ve had issues with the tests detecting RNA from no longer functioning viruses.
I am concerned, if they continue to move sailors to the island, it could tip over...

I was stationed on Guam twice, flew and sailed all over the Pacific.
And I don’t know what a GUAM pack is.
So, are they positive AGAIN or are they positive STILL?
Because that would be reasonable and wouldn’t induce mass panic, thus more clicks.
The media is disgusting.
Someone ping Danny and Travis McGriff.
Doom is going to DEFCON 2
I read somewhere that sometimes tests showing a positive result on a previously infected person can be picking up dead virus
True enough,D3 is vital.
Spend some time here with a treasure trove of documented information of doctors in the U.S AND around the world SUCCESSFULLY treating patients with high dose Vitamin C and other products.
They do not want this known.
If the general population learns about this it will DERAIL their entire agenda.

No, there is something wrong with journalism.
This has already been proven wrong by the South Korean CDC. The PCR tests cannot distinguish between live virus and dead viral particles. SK did cultures on all their patients that allegedly tested positive again and zero had live virus.
Some people clear their system of dead virus faster than others.
And I dont know what a GUAM pack is.
I've done both a sea and a shore tour on Guam and spent 30 years as a Pacific Sailor. I've never heard the term either.
raises questions about how troops that test positive can be reintegrated into the military, particularly on ships.
This is one of the reasons why the DOD will not currently accept anyone into service that has been infected with CV19. They just don't know enough about the virus, and it has a habit of staying in the body undetected for weeks or longer at levels that are not detected by current testing.
Until they do figure this out, people who test positive should probably be restricted from serving on ships for a significantly longer period of time than 2 weeks.
And Master Chief knows what he’s talking about:)
i’ve heard of westpac widows....
any similarity?
they say guam is good but hell is better...
