my blood sugar was high so I've taken the plunge on keto...I am sure I'm not doing it right yet, and I will probably not be doing 100% correct....I am eating too much right now, but no bread,cereal,pasta,rice,etc....

I figure once I get my blood sugar down, I can work on the calories and the weight....
