Serious question here... I can’t find any drawback to this, either (as some other posters have stated). This just means that the mail in ballot scheme, bail out the blue state scheme, and every other stupid idea that was included in the latest legislative proposal will not get passed anytime soon.

I'm two years younger than dirt and I cannot remember any Congress that has done less than this one to help the American people...and giving benefits to illegals in NOT helping the American people, it's a precursor to buying votes. If you don't plan on cheating at the ballot box, why are you against voter ID's? Shameful!
