Breakthrough here, breakthrough there.
Seems I am seeing a headline every day about some company or research center on the verge of a breakthrough about some aspect of COVID-19.
Funny how they are never on the verge of a breakthrough on something that would help with the diabetes or lung diseases that are a huge comorbidity when it comes to COVID-19.
We wouldn’t want to come up with a better and cheaper way to treat these other diseases, would we?
It would get in the way of profits to be made on the “cures” and tests for COVID-19. Can’t have that.
Wrong approach yields poor performance. The pharma method is to find a toxic hammer to hit a disease nail.
But often there are multiple causes or the issue is the machine balance not a faulty cog.
I truly believe 90% of sickness is lifestyle and nutrition related. You treat lifestyle choices best with responsibility not an expensive pill.
I also believe poisons are poor subst9for food. If taking a ten times dose of a cure can harm you, its poisonous. And most likely patiented.
Therein. Lies the problem.
Diabetes that is not genetic is almost always found in children who do not eat there vegetables when they refuse to grow up. Most eat all brown food and 100 times the daily dose of sugar.
In Israel it is not called type two diabetes, it is called infectious diabetes. Think on that one a bit and you will see clearly why we do not have a cure for diabetes in America.
Wrong hammer.
In addition to what American in Israel posted, let me add two observations:
* Insulin (developed in 1921) was the big pharmaceutical breakthrough for diabetes. As American in Israel says, most of the rest is diet.
* Don’t smoke — right away most lung diseases never manifest themselves. Air pollution (actual pollution, not CO2) was a big factor in the West until all the expensive and effective measures were taken to clean it up, over the past several decades. China, of course, is exempt from those environmental regulations.
