Yeah, I used to be able to put down a fifth a night back in the day. Bourbon was my poison of choice. I got a scarred up, chewed up liver to show for it and don’t drink anything stronger than a glass of wine nowadays, unless it’s the holidays. And even then, I only indulge in moderation. A double Wild Turkey or Maker’s Mark on the rocks before Christmas dinner, a rum and egg nog or two interspersed between.
A handle of gin would last a day and a half for me.
