Filing a complaint against an attorney is a serious matter. Do so only as a last resort when all efforts to work out the problem with your attorney have failed.
File it in Farsi. That would be fun.
As a rule, though, complaints by members of the general public about a judge's official conduct are not going to get much attention. Those sorts of complaints should be directed to your Congressman with a request that he be impeached.
But did the Judge use this simple procedure to report to the bar the prosecutor who violated his discovery Oder and intentionally withheld exculpatory evidence?
