I’ve never seen the adminstration dismiss mask shortages.

It’s not like they could start manufacturing masks. There was nothing they did to MAKE the mask shortage happen, and they worked hard to overcome it.

States seem to have not understood how important masks are to the state hospitals that the state regulates.
