Check your 4th amendment. FISA courts and the Patriot Act (FU W Bush) are unconstitutional laws which violate the 4th.
I have noted that I picked a name at random from the list, a name that was unfamiliar. I picked Mike Neutfeld of Treasury. I found that he was a factotum in DOT’s Small Business element. He had an unremarkable business history. What he was doing accessing an intercept is utterly beyond me.
