The top Republican on the House's tax-writing committee blasted the Democrats' $3 trillion coronavirus relief legislation as a "recipe for a prolonged recession."
Rep. Kevin Brady, R-Texas, accused Democrats Wednesday of being more concerned about helping special interests than getting the economy back up and running before the 33 million Americans who are temporarily jobless become permanently out of work.

The main reason the Great Depression went on as long as it did is because Leftist Democrats were in power, and were spending government money as if they assumed there was no tomorrow in order to re-mold society into what they wanted.
When the levers of power present themselves, Leftists cannot help themselves, and MUST grasp and manipulate them. Sometimes, as had happened in previous depressions, when things worked themselves out, recoveries happened much more quickly.
Fast forward to 2020, and it is the same class of dipsticks trying to grab the levers of power. Thank God they don’t hold the Presidency and the Senate, though Trump is showing weakness in these massive spending bills, so until it is soundly rejected, I won’t rest easy.
It’s not a serious piece of legislation. Waste of time.
Isnt it amazing how Democrats can come up with an 1800 page bill out of nowhere
It’s the Zimbabwe/Venezuela Solution;
Want more money, just print it.
“recipe for a prolonged recession.”

Well, not so much grass but bugs and maybe cat...like when the Chicoms starved it’s people into submission.
I’ll bet Mitt Romney is all for,it.
Send three trillion dollars to me would be a good idea.
Sending three trillion dollars to leftist cities is a bad idea.
And lobbyists and contributors...
It is simply the left hijacking crisis and pushing successfully everything the left would have done if they won presidency in 2016. It is rather sickening and sad.
Yes. If you gave ME three trillion, I would use it wisely, I promise. It wouldn’t change me.
